ATC Power Systems, Inc. warrants to its customers that the products it manufactures and sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, as determined by the date code affixed to the individual item. If any ATC product proves defective during the warranty period, ATC, at its option, will either repair the defective parts and labor or will replace the defective part at no charge, provided that the unit is found by ATC inspection to be defective.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item when said item is returned prepaid to the factory from the original purchaser and only with written approval from ATC Power Systems, Inc. as evidenced by the proper Return Material Authorization (RMA) number affixed to the outside
of the packing carton, and noted on the shipping papers. ATC accepts no liability for products found defective through misuse or abuse. In no case will our liability exceed the original purchase price.

This warranty is given by ATC in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. ATC disclaims any implied warranties or merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. ATC assumes no liability for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages to customers caused by any failure of ATC manufactured equipment.
